Screwing around with tools of freedom

The rock festival I wrote about on last blog entry started a some kind of cycle that's still going on. Maybe there is something wrong in me because I think that a thief who stole my cell phone was one kind a saviour. When I lost my phone, some kind of burden went away and I started to feel more free. It have been a long time since I have felt this kind of freedom. I can't see the end even I own now another phone. It must be something else than just losing some equipment.

Existentialistic philosophy has always been something that I have been interested of. One reason why hitchiking have become a natural way to travel is my practical use of existentialism. After all, in many cases it's not about money if you want go to somewhere. It's about how much you are really ready to sacrifice for it and how free you are. When you hitchike, you're spending you're time, instead of money. Many people think it's dangerous - especially nowadays. Maybe it is, but life in your home is too. Years ago I experienced that too: a pyromaniac lunatic almost burned down the old wooden house where I was living. I had luck and managed to call into 911 and my home was saved. However, this haven't made me feel unsecure in home. Anything can happen and sometimes happens, but worrying about it already makes time between those happenings worse.

In overal, my relationship with philosophies are familiar with a relationship with a box of tools. It's good to have different kind of tools, for different kind of purposes. It's hard to screw with hammer and vice versa. There is no ultimate tool for anything. That's what I think about existentialism too: it's good when it is needed. Too much of it can make people sick. Possibly blaming themselves about everything. While they are screwing a nail through a floor.
It was a good weather in northern Finland during mid-summer eve. A-master seems to think that everything is okay. How smart looking guys we have here! What would mid-sumemr eve be without an oldfashioned fight... As you can see, atmosphere were very friendly indeed! Olli is a sexy man! Guys sitting inside around a table. Fun! Maybe it's a drill?

<a-master> Octopussy -- sounds more like a porn title than a James Bond film, The Incredibly Strange Creatures Who Stopped Living and Became Mixed-Up Zombies!!?"
